It’s OsKaR time! Who will deserve the golden statue in Tattersalls on 14th October!

Tickets cost €25 for this event, which takes place on Saturday 14th October 2017 in Tattersalls, with 7 movies premiered on big screen for the actors, their family and friends and the community as a whole to see for the first time.
Featuring: Forrest Gump, Fr Ted, The Hangover, The Field, Bridesmaids, The Snapper and Shawshank Redemption. Famous scenes from each of these movies have been re-created and edited into short 10 minute productions.
We have over 50 local “actors” taking the place of the Hollywood stars and dozens of movie extras to make up the full casts. People from all parts of our community are involved so you will see familiar faces in all movies.
Doors open for the glitzy show in Tattersalls at 7:30pm with the show starting at 8pm.
How does it work?
On the night we will present all 7 movies to the audience, with 4 judges – 3 guest judges and 1 from Kevin Rowe Events. OUr audience will get to vote by buying tokens for the movie / actor that they think is best.

- Best Supporting Actor
- Best Actress
- Best Supporting Actress
- Highest Grossing Movie
- Highest Grossing Actor

Awards will be presented based on a combination of audience votes, judges votes and actor / movie sponsorship.
